This tastes incredible, definitely making it again!

Chilly weather calls for comfort food that warms the soul without adding too much to your to-do list, which is exactly where these Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Kielbasa Bites come in. Born out of my love for cozy gatherings and easy, flavorful recipes, this dish is perfect for family get-togethers, game day spreads, or even just a fun weeknight treat. The blend of sweet honey with tangy mustard creates a mouthwatering glaze that makes these kielbasa bites simply irresistible.
These honey mustard kielbasa bites are delightful on their own or served as a hearty appetizer. For a more filling option, I like to pair them with some creamy mashed potatoes or a crisp green salad. They also go wonderfully with steamed rice or buttered noodles to soak up that delicious sauce. If you’re in the mood for a bit of a festive flair, skewer them with toothpicks and sprinkle with a little parsley before serving.
Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Kielbasa Bites
Servings: 8

Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
2. Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
3. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the kielbasa slices, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally to re-coat the kielbasa with the sauce.
5. Once done, stir once more to coat the kielbasa before serving.
Variations & Tips
If you want to add a bit more zest to your bites, feel free to mix in a teaspoon of sriracha or hot sauce to the honey mustard mixture. For a smoky twist, a teaspoon of smoked paprika does wonders. If you’re looking for a bit more texture, sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds over the kielbasa before serving. And, for those who can’t get enough garlic, doubling the garlic will only make it better!
