Donald Trump recently commented on the budding romance between his former daughter-in-law, Vanessa Trump, and golf legend Tiger Woods.

Speaking from the White House, Trump expressed his support for the couple, noting that he admires both Tiger and Vanessa.

He also reflected on Vanessa’s past marriage to his son, Donald Jr., mentioning that external pressures, particularly political scrutiny, had negatively impacted their relationship. Despite their divorce, Trump expressed no bitterness and praised their five children.

Tiger Woods had confirmed his relationship with Vanessa on Instagram in March 2025, sharing photos of the couple together. Trump revealed that Tiger had privately mentioned the relationship to him months earlier, and he wished them both happiness.

Tiger and Vanessa have been dating since late 2024, and although they are taking things slowly, their shared love for golf and common experiences with public scrutiny have drawn them closer. Both families appear to be supportive of the relationship.
