New seasons of NCIS are coming to Netflix in October md01

Since NCIS premiered in the year 2003, there have been so many devoted fans of the series that there is no indication that the CBS show will end anytime soon. Focused on members of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, fans can’t get enough of watching them trying to solve crimes that are related to the U.S. Navy in some way.

Thanks to the popularity of NCIS, it is always good news when fans learn that it has become easier for them to watch seasons of the series. Fortunately, there is some very good news for many Netflix users who’ve watched every season that was available to stream on that service in America as of September 2025.

Two new NCIS seasons are coming to Netflix in October
It has been revealed that season 18 and season 19 of NCIS will soon be available to stream on Netflix. The two seasons of the wildly popular military police procedural show will be easy to watch for Netflix users as of October 1, 2025. Those two seasons originally aired on CBS during the 2020-2021 and the 2021-2022 television seasons.

The new NCIS Netflix arrivals will be wonderful news for any fans of the series who enjoy watching Leroy Jethro Gibbs, since Mark Harmon’s character was still the series lead at that time. Of course, fans who love the franchise enough to rank every NCIS show will simply be happy to be able to watch more seasons of the show.

These days, there are lots of headlines about shows departing streaming services. Unfortunately for NCIS fans who use Netflix as their primary way of watching the show, they have been a victim of that. When 2024 began, the first 15 seasons of NCIS were available on Netflix. When the show’s 16th and 17th seasons were added to the catalog in the middle of the year, however, the first 11 seasons of the series were taken away from Netflix. Later that same year, NCIS’ first five seasons returned to Netflix, but the other missing seasons remained AWOL.

That means that as of October 2025, seasons 1-5 and seasons 12-19 of NCIS will be available to stream on Netflix. Conversely, viewers will have to turn to Paramount+ if they want to stream seasons 6 -11 or seasons 20 – 22. It goes to show that while streaming shows is easy, finding them can certainly be a pain.
