Insiders say President Trump has made significant lifestyle changes behind the scenes, embracing a healthier diet heavily influenced by First Lady Melania Trump’s strict regimen. In a now-viral clip, Trump’s suit appeared noticeably looser as he made his way toward Marine One, headed to spend the weekend at Mar-a-Lago.
Supporters quickly celebrated Trump’s new look online. One fan declared, “78 is the new 28 — President Trump is aging in reverse!” capturing the excitement among his base.
However, not everyone was convinced the transformation was purely good news. Known for his love of hamburgers and sweets, Trump has apparently embraced a cleaner, leaner diet thanks to Melania’s influence.
French First Lady Brigitte Macron once shared that Melania keeps a “firm hand” on President Trump’s eating habits. According to Macron, a simple tap on her watch during dinner is enough for Trump to know it’s time to leave — a testament to Melania’s quiet but strong presence.

Even political rival Robert F. Kennedy Jr. noticed the change. Earlier this month, RFK Jr. was surprised to learn that President Trump had altered his go-to McDonald’s order — now opting to skip the bun entirely.
Fox News host Sean Hannity confirmed the shift, saying, “President Trump looks fantastic — he told me himself that if he has a burger now, it’s bun-free.” When RFK Jr. reacted in surprise, Hannity quipped, “Hopefully I’m not revealing any state secrets!”
